Alshahyla: Maliki and other senior officials do not sleep in the Green Zone for fear of being targeted

MP for the Sadrist movement Jawad Alshahyla, Monday, that all first-line officials, including Prime Minister, do not sleep in the Green Zone, fear of being targeted by insurgents, as he emphasized that the parliament staff were holiday for one day only security Kahtraz.
The Alshahyla said in an interview for "Alsumaria News", "The suspension of work in the House of Representatives was due to security threats forced officials to grant employees leave Parliament for one day, and the imposition of strict measures Kahtraz the security in the Green Zone."

The Alshahyla added that "there are strict security measures will be taken in the coming days in the House of Representatives by the forces charged with protecting because of threats," adding that "the government should be more serious in the fight against terrorism and the protection of the citizen and not only the protection of the House of Representatives."
And revealed a parliamentary source, earlier in the day Monday, the chairman of the parliament decided to postpone the hearing of the 13 scheduled on Tuesday for the receipt of information the existence of a security threat potential targets parliament building, indicating that it has been granted the staff of Parliament leave open while making sure the demise of the threat.
