The Ministry of Communications has established a national digital platform for government institutions that operates over the optical network.
"The digital platform is working to provide fast Internet capacity linked to the activation of the optical network for all segments of society at low prices," said Hazem Mohammed Ali, a spokesman for the ministry, adding that the platform will ensure the work of the websites of government institutions and the accuracy of information transmission
among them.
He pointed out that these projects put the country in the ranks of developed countries, returned similar projects, a cornerstone of economic and community development to improve the security system and maintain internal security, adding that the project will include the establishment of a national digital platform enables the country to have a government network insured to establish its role for e-government .
