    [ltr]The Russian Foreign Ministry commented on Washington's intention to classify Iran's Revolutionary Guard as a "terrorist".[/ltr]
    [ltr]"We consider this to be a negative step, and we do not believe that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard is a terrorist organization," the head of the second division of Asia's foreign affairs department, Consul Kabulov, said Tuesday.[/ltr]
