    SANA'A, July 3 (KUNA) - The head of Yemen's Supreme Political Council, Saleh al-Samad, on Tuesday assured all political forces, especially the Congress Party, that the crisis in the capital Sana'a caused by the treason militias will not affect the cooperation policy but will strengthen it. .
    The president stressed in a televised speech about the recent events in the capital and a number of regions of the world that the Republic of Yemen and all its institutions have become more solid and robust after dropping this scheme, declaring that the state will undergo a quantum leap in the level of services and administrative and financial reforms.
    The President also stressed that the military will be more powerful and effective and will witness the fronts steps to achieve victory for our people, God willing.
    The text reads as follows:
     
    In the name of of Allah the Merciful
    Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family

    Sisters sisters
     
    The people of the army and security, the popular committees and the tribes who are now fighting the battles and calling them to defend the land, the offer and the homeland in the face of brutal barbaric aggression and its agents inside. I salute you, the greeting of the Father and the Blessed One. And steadfastness and near victory, God willing .. I am happy today to talk with you after the unfortunate and serious events witnessed in the capital Sana'a and a number of areas in some provinces during the past two days.
    O sons of our great Yemeni people
     
    I would like to assure you once again that this strife and the restoration of security and stability have been restored to all the areas that have been visited by the Secretariat of the capital. I would also like to assure you that the plan was larger than all the scenarios and was very carefully arranged. Accompanied by the closure of the ports and siege of the country and incitement to stir up public opinion in conjunction with the crowds of countries of aggression and escalation unprecedented since the beginning of the aggression, especially on the fronts towards the Sanaa and the presence of most of the leadership of aggression and mercenaries in those areas and we heard their threats of quick discount and near surprises according to their claim, Its security and military institutions are soaked with all their weight on the fronts and facing escalation.

    In response to these calls, the elements of sedition moved to break into the institutions in a number of governorates and cut off many of the main lines, which represent the artery of the fronts and in a dangerous manner if it had a serious impact on the situation of the fronts in a number of combat hubs.
    It also addressed the coup d'état on the Supreme Political Council and the National Salvation Government, which emerged from the political agreement and gave confidence to the parliament and the people. The aim of that speech was to incite the army and security to rebel and return from the fronts in a public manner that surprised even members of the GPC.
    In the face of all this, we tried by all means to calm the situation. Perhaps, perhaps, these elements are rationalized, but they have been consolidated, taking advantage of the great care shown by the state to prevent the stirring up of internal problems and full-time efforts on the fronts.

    In this context, we assure all our dear Yemeni people and the entire world that the Republic of Yemen and all its institutions, foremost of which are the security and military establishment, have become more solid and robust after the overthrow of this plan and that the coming days will witness a qualitative leap at all levels. Salaries and services to the people or at the level of administrative and financial reforms, combating corruption, reforming the judiciary and spreading justice and security to all the people. There are many reforms that do not anticipate events to talk about, and will be discussed later, God willing.
    On the military level, the military establishment will be more powerful and effective. The fronts will witness many paths that lose all its hopes in accomplishing its despicable goals, which it sought to achieve, hoping to stir up the focus and attract those who could facilitate its progress and fail.
    We also affirm that we will work to extend state control over every inch of the land of Yemen, the rule of the republican system, the law and the building of the state of institutions. We will not allow the return of the maneuvers, the obstruction and the paralysis of any party whatsoever.
    In the context of the cessation of aggression, we call on all parties, forces and national parties to dialogue and understanding, leading to a breakthrough in the internal situation and achieving stability and to miss the opportunity of the aggression countries, including our brothers in the southern provinces, to ensure fair solutions to all issues.
    We also reaffirm that we continue to extend our hands to a just and honorable peace that guarantees the freedom and independence of the Yemeni people and preserves their sacrifices. We welcome any efforts and initiatives leading to a cessation of aggression and siege and a just political settlement, including welcoming and cooperating with any serious efforts of the United Nations to achieve peaceful solutions and settlement. Stop the aggression and siege and maintain the unity and stability of Yemen and lift all manifestations of the invasion and occupation.
    To that end, we call upon the States of aggression to stop the aggression and blockade and to enter into a serious dialogue between the Republic of Yemen and the States of aggression to achieve Yemen's security, stability and stability in the region and the world.
    We also emphasize yesterday's commendation of the honorable role of the General People's Congress and confirm our keenness on the role of this party in the political process, and we have full assurance that their rights are reserved as key partners in the management of the country in various political stages present and future.
     
    In this context, we pledge to all our people that we will only be an umbrella for all the people of different sects and configurations and political and religious orientations that unite the nation and preserve its dignity and independence and defend its capabilities and the dignity of its people.
