    [ltr]"Abadi is in common, unfortunately, directly in the arbitrary and inhumane practices committed against the people of the Kurdistan region: depriving people of their salaries and strangling them with the policy of forced saving, which was used in very few cases," MP Hoshyar Abdullah said in a statement received by Mawazine News.
