While the mystery surrounds, so far, the largest bloc that will cost the formation of the next Iraqi government .. He continued: "Negotiations are taking place quickly between the blocs to avoid crossing the timing stipulated by the Constitution and include the need to hold the parliament session on the first of July, in order to elect the President of the Republic, to ensure the latter to mandate the candidate of the most parliamentary bloc to form a government.
