The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced the approval of the Ministry of Finance to allocate ten billion dinars from the emergency reserve for the fiscal year 2018 to be added to the operational and investment budgets of the Ministry of Water Resources in order to implement the recommendations contained in the plan prepared to address the water scarcity expected for the coming summer.
"The decision came to provide the best services to citizens," the secretariat said in a statement on Friday.
