The third largest wall in the world, built by Turkey on its border with Iran and Syria , with a length of 911 km, is "a wall between the Kurds," a

"


"The alleged enemies mentioned by the media are the brothers and uncles and cousins ​​of the Kurdish citizens of Turkey," the report said. "While the Turkish statebelieves it is building a wall among the Kurds, they are building a wall between themselves and their Kurdish citizens." 

"Sometimes the Kurds in Turkey fled under the railway line to avoid persecution by the Turkish state, and sometimes they ran over the railway to avoid Syrian oppression," the report said, "They have escaped Saddam Hussein's attacks by crossing the Iraqi border. Always a way to demolish the walls, they always found a way to do that. " 

The construction of the security fence along the Turkish border with Syria has ended at a distance of 911 km, the third longest wall in the world in June.

Argun Turan, director of the Turkish Housing Establishment "Toki", said that "the final section of the wall has been completed with a length of 564 km." 

According to the agency "Anatolia" that the length of the total wall of 711 km, and will stop at this limit to remain parts of the border without a wall, and another in which the river as a natural border between the two countries. 

There are 22 control towers along the Turkish barrier. 

The border wall between Turkey and Iran consists of concrete blocks weighing seven tons and three meters high and two meters wide. 

Turkey's aim behind the wall is to reduce the supply of the PKK, which is classified as a terrorist organization. 

The Turkish government says it is building these security walls with its neighbors to protect the Turkish border from smuggling, illegal immigration and infiltration of militants.
