    MP said the alliance of Gamal Fakher, on Sunday, the House of Representatives' intention to add material in the financial budget for 2019 obligates the Ministry of Electricity to install the staff of contracts working in them, warning of the danger of "procrastination and procrastination" regarding their demands these employees.

    He stressed that "Parliament today will work with all force on the fairness of the Iraqis in general by the budget of 2019 and we will work on the development of a material budget binding to the Ministry of Electricity and the government to install contracts for workers in the Ministry of Electricity and grant them full rights that are not considered a gift from one, but is a duty and merit for that important segment of the people "He said. 

    She was a member of the parliamentary finance committee for Nineveh province MP Mahasen Hamdoun confirmed on Wednesday (November 14, 2018) that her committee will work to find solutions to the comments on the federal budget for the next fiscal year, pointing out the committee's intention to establish a binding article for the government to install contracts working in the state departments to permanent owners.
