" The economic and trade cooperation between Iraq and Jordan will increase, " Abdul-Mahdi said in a press conference following his meeting with his Jordanian counterpart Omar al-Razzaz. "We agreed to establish a joint industrial zone with an area of 24 square kilometers."
"The issue of customs exemptions with Jordan has been discussed," he said, adding that "Iraq agrees with Jordan that the political solution is the guarantor to end the crises in the region."
