She added that "the committee was able to include a binding paragraph to restore the recalcitrant contracts in the Ministries of Defense and Interior and non-procrastination in their file by the government," asserting that "the budget included the installation of all contract employees in all ministries."
Tamimi added that "the Finance Committee of the Parliament canceled the external loans in the budget and relied on internal debt only in the case of the existence of strategic projects, as well as increased quotas of the liberated provinces and Basra," explaining that "the budget focused on the humanitarian and service and the emergence of a boom in the private sector across the country" .
