Turkey cuts customs duties on US goods
Turkish Trade Minister Rohasar Bekjan announced on Monday that Ankara would reduce its additional customs duties to 22 US goods by half.
"The decision comes within the framework of reciprocity after the United States cut tariffs on steel imports from Turkey from 50 to 25 percent last Friday," Began said in a press statement.
She noted that customs duties on US goods of $ 521.2 million would be reduced to $ 260.6 million.
And stressed the continuation of work to remove obstacles to trade with Washington and achieve the goal set by the governments of the two countries to reach the volume of trade exchange $ 75 billion.
