The House of Representatives on Tuesday, the second reading of the bill on the rights of the crime of the martyrs of Spyker.
A parliamentary source told Mawazine News that "the House of Representatives concluded the second reading of the draft law on the rights of martyrs of the air base crime."
The massacre of the air base, popularly known as the Spyker massacre, is a massacre that took place after the capture of at least 2000-2,200 students from the Air Force at Spyker Air Base, Tikrit, on 12 June 2014, Before they organized a terrorist caller, and killed them there and in other areas by firing and burying some of them alive.
The House of Representatives held this afternoon its 22nd session of the fourth parliamentary session for the first legislative year in the second legislative term under the chairmanship of its chairman Mohamed Halboussi.
