{International: Euphrates News} South Korea's Ministry of Commerce has announced its intention to take action on Japan's unfair decision to reduce its exports.
The ministry said in a statement that it would refer the matter to the World Trade Organization (WTO) plenary meeting on July 23.
The Ministry is seeking a common agreement among the members of the Organization and further understanding with Japan on its procedures.
