    "Baghdad slogans of reform are falling under the legs of officials of the government of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi.
    Iqbal said in a brief statement received (Euphrates News) a copy of it today that "the government exceeds its powers and practiced a kind of deep forgery in the ratios declared to accomplish its government program." 
    He stressed that "slogans of reform are falling under the legs of powerful elements in the government of Abdul-Mahdi." 
    Abdul Mahdi's decision to appoint a new series of inspectors has faced a wave of criticism, especially as everyone is seeking to end sagging career in government departments.
