Abdul Latif: railway linkage agreement expected to be signed with Kuwait sale of Iraqi ports

The judge and former deputy of Basra province Wael Abdul Latif, on Sunday, the railway linkage agreement that the Iraqi government intends to sign with Kuwait as a sale of Iraqi ports and ratify the death, expecting a number of political parties involved in the amounts of money for the purpose of concluding.
