    The judge and former deputy of Basra province Wael Abdul Latif, on Sunday, the railway linkage agreement that the Iraqi government intends to sign with Kuwait as a sale of Iraqi ports and ratify the death, expecting a number of political parties involved in the amounts of money for the purpose of concluding.
