Government source: amendments to the pension law expires this week

It announced a government source: "The committee formed by the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/953/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%A1]Council of Ministers[/url] to amend the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/13901/%D9%82%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%88%D9%86 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AA%D9%82%D8%A7%D8%B9%D8%AF]retirement law[/url] unified, end of the amendments this week in order to send it to parliament early next week , " noting: "The government committee began studying several proposals to amend the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/13901/%D9%82%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%88%D9%86 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AA%D9%82%D8%A7%D8%B9%D8%AF]retirement law[/url] and to increase the minimum salaries of retirees" .
The source said: "The government committee is currently considering the possibility of increasing the minimum salaries to 800 or 600 or 500 thousand dinars," stressing: "The selection of one of the three figures and included in the new amendments depends on the provision of financial allocations."
