Anbar Council reveals the domination of parties and tribes on government departments

A senior official in Anbar's provincial government on Friday acknowledged that some political parties and tribes were in control [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/4395/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AF%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%A6%D8%B1 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AD%D9%83%D9%88%D9%85%D9%8A%D8%A9][size=13]of government departments,[/url] describing it as dangerous.
"Some of the parties and clans in the district of Karma, east of Fallujah, have great control over [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/4395/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AF%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%A6%D8%B1 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AD%D9%83%D9%88%D9%85%D9%8A%D8%A9]government departments[/url] because of their direct impact on the directors of those departments in one of the most serious challenges facing the work of government institutions in the judiciary," said Aref al-Shaalan, a local council member . .
Shaalan added that "the work of some [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/4395/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AF%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%A6%D8%B1 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AD%D9%83%D9%88%D9%85%D9%8A%D8%A9]government departments[/url] run by the offices of influential parties and elders, which reflected negatively on the performance of these departments, especially since the province is witnessing a major reconstruction process requires the creation of all the appropriate atmosphere for the work of all [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/4395/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AF%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%A6%D8%B1 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AD%D9%83%D9%88%D9%85%D9%8A%D8%A9]government departments to[/url] complete its work without interference by any party was in the work."
He pointed out that "the central government is required to keep its circles from the interference of some parties and clans in the work of their work, describing this phenomenon as" serious ".
