    The Labor, Social Affairs, Migration and Displaced Committee in the House of Representatives confirmed today, Monday, that it is about to finish putting the “final touches” on the retirement and social security law next week.
    The head of the committee, Raad Al-Dahlaki, said in a press statement, "The Retirement and Social Security Law is one of the most important laws that will contribute to the inclusion of large numbers of earners and insured workers in its paragraphs. The first and second readings have been read."
    He added that "the committee is still continuing to hold meetings with the competent authorities, unions, unions and civil society organizations to consolidate the law, adapt it by legal methods, put the final touches on it and submit it to a vote," stressing that "the committee has prepared several workshops to implement it next week with the International Labor Organization to match the provisions of the law." with international laws in order to integrate from all legal, civil and international points of view.”
    Al-Dahlaki pointed out that “the committee is determined to pass the law because it represents the largest segment of society and opens the door for workers to guarantee their rights,” stressing that “the law will be complete to vote on after completing its conformity with international laws because it is a large law with financial aspects and broad coverage.”
    And the head of the committee indicated that “by passing the law, all the non-working class will be included in the government sector, and the door will be opened for many workers and earners in the private sector, and the law will go towards preserving workers’ rights from retirement and ensuring private professionals, and it serves as another window that opens the way for them and reduces From the crowd queue to work in the government sector.”
    He explained that "the numbers covered by the law may reach more than 3 million people."
