The Minister of Foreign Affairs and his Kuwaiti counterpart discuss the relations of the two countries and regional developments

Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Dr. Ahmed Nasser Al-Mohammed Al-Sabah, on the sidelines of his participation in the meeting of the Non-Aligned Movement group and the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the holding of the first conference of the movement, which is currently being held in Belgrade, Serbia. As well as the depth of relations between the two brotherly countries, and Sheikh Ahmed Muhammad Al-Sabah affirmed Kuwait’s standing by Iraq and its support for it, referring to the visit of Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi to the State of Kuwait, as well as the visit of Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah to Iraq and his participation in the Baghdad Conference for Cooperation and Partnership, wishing To Iraq and its people prosperity and progress.
The two sides stressed the importance of exchanging visits and continuing the meetings of the joint committees to resolve outstanding issues.
