Rafidain Bank, on Wednesday, called on some exchange outlets not to collect additional financial commissions when distributing employee and retired salaries.
And the media office of the bank stated, in a statement received by Mawazine News, a copy of it, that there are some private outlet offices that impose additional cash amounts upon delivery of salaries, stressing that the commission is fixed and will not change and is fixed on the salary withdrawal movement tape.
The statement called on employees and retirees, in the event of complaints about the payment of certain amounts, to contact the customer service center 422 or 07901940112, and legal measures will be taken against the port owner who did not comply with the instructions. Ended 29/R77
