[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / - Today, the General Authority for Customs announced its revenues achieved during the years 2019-2020-2021 and a move to unify procedures with the customs of the Kurdistan region.
The director of the authority, Hassan Al-Akeli, said in a press conference: “The revenues of the customs authority amounted to about 14 billion dollars for the years 2019, 2020 and 2021, and between 2 to 3 billion were collected, and up. to 80% of those revenues were customs exemptions according to the laws that grant Exemption".
He explained: "The issue of the revenues of the customs centers and ports in the Kurdistan region is outside the authority's competence and does not fall within its budget," noting that "there is a movement regarding the unification of procedures, and that the reviews of merchants be uniform between the center and the region.”/ End 7 to receive[/rtl]
