{Political: Al-Furat News} Hussein Joban, the candidate of the National State Forces Alliance for Basra Governorate, confirmed the serial number {29}.
Joban told Al-Furat News Agency, "Through our meeting with the citizens, we sensed their urgent need and demand for services, the advancement of education, and the elimination of unemployment."
He pointed out that "our electoral program will be implemented on the ground, and we will have a broad and great interest in developing and advancing Basra as the economic capital of the country."
