Erbil: management invested $ 30 billion in nine years and the non-payment of budget impact negatively on all aspects of life

The Governor said that "the possibilities of citizens in Erbil became better, and their purchasing power is greater, as the high number of cars from 24,000 in 2003 to 600,000 currently, and the number of buildings and the role of citizens within the municipal boundaries of the city of 200,000," pointing out that "the movement of investment in the nine previous years amounted to 30 billion dollars, of which seven of the infrastructure, and 23 for the investment companies".
Hadi acknowledged the existence of "financial corruption cases in Erbil as everywhere else", adding: "but that corruption is negligible compared with the size of achievements".
