    Today, Wednesday (March 27, 2024), Member of the House of Representatives, Iskandar Watut, called on Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani to grant 100,000 Eid dinars to retirees on the occasion of the approaching Eid Al-Fitr.
    Wattut said, according to a document received by “Baghdad Today”, that “Given the imminent advent of the blessed Eid al-Fitr, may God bring it back to you and to Iraq and its people in Yemen and blessings, and to the difficult living conditions that the Iraqi citizen, especially the retired segment, is suffering from, with the continuing rise in the dollar exchange rate and the high prices of materials and goods in the markets, we ask for your help.” He gave them a gift of (100,000) one thousand Iraqi dinars.”
