have to agree with you randy. every time i see one of these "gloom and doom" stories, the first thought that comes to my mind is; chicken little yelling , the sky is falling, the sky is falling! on the other hand , you never know, and furthermore i am not so sure martial law would be such a bad thing. i mean , think about it; under martial law you would more than likely have to have some kind of work permit to venture out of your house, which basically means working people could be on the streets during their normal working hours, and the nonworking public ie; house wives, criminals, all others would be restricted. so basically the criminal element would be limited to the things they could go out and do, imagine what it would be like to have all criminals at home trying to figure out what to do next? i know our political system is f.u.b.a.r. but , it's a lot better than some.i sort of feel like martial law won't happen in my lifetime, and i know the best man is not always elected, but i do feel like it's been a long time since the actual person that was elected didn't necessarily end up in office.
