Said House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri on Wednesday, that the reform concept does not depend on the changes that may occur on executive positions, but also to reconsider the methodology of nation-building, calling on all parties to work together to reach a formula to ensure the achievement of the standards forming a technocrat government.
