    He explained, that the Committee on the issuance of bonds included both the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq on the Keywords and advisers economic and financial to the Prime Minister and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Planning and Technical Affairs Committee recommended issuing bonds support payments first installment will cover 50% of the dues of contractors and take the Iraqi Central Bank issuing instructions to issue these bonds after determining these entitlements by the ministries and departments not associated with the Ministry and provinces across the ministries of planning and finance.

    Indicating that the Commission will submit its recommendations to the prime minister in the coming days ahead for approval , 'pointing out "that the Dhi Qar province will work to complete the requirements for the preparation of schedules of projects and the debt of the province for companies executing plans to maintain investment.

    It is worth noting that the province has 444 project, done them exceeded 177 project stalled , including 92 that have been settled 46 project, which is being processed up to 75 project.
