Kirkuk governor raises aversion phase before applying one of three options

With regard to the future of the province in the event was the announcement of the independence of the province of Kurdistan, the governor of Kirkuk, he said that the parties concerned should sit and understanding in this matter, especially with regard to the disputed areas.
