[rtl]US General Jay Garner, the contractor said again that the Kurdistan region is approaching for independence more than ever and called on all Kurds to unite to achieve the long-awaited dream.[/rtl]
[rtl]In an interview with the Kurdistan 24 recent interview said Garner, the first US governor of Iraq after the toppling of the former regime in the spring of 2003 to unite the Kurds is an essential element for achieving independence, especially in the Kurdistan region, adding that he must put political differences aside.[/rtl]
[rtl]"The Kurds are delinquent with themselves .. They should focus on the larger picture of sovereignty .. They are closer than ever to independence" for Iraq.[/rtl]
[rtl]"I do not think that you can achieve independence until the political parties put aside and unite the Kurds .. Do not you have to unite political parties."[/rtl]
[rtl]On several occasions the President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani, the Kurdish calls on all forces to hold a meeting as soon as possible about the referendum and the independence of Kurdistan. The province has already started in several capitals Overture independence dossier, including the Iraqi capital of Baghdad as internally move to heal the rift between the Kurdish parties.[/rtl]
[rtl]On Barzani movements in this regard Garner said, "I know that President Barzani tried .. He tried many times" to unite the political parties stand.[/rtl]
[rtl]He said Garner, who has good relations with the Kurds that the independence of Kurdistan can happen now and said that it is "doable ... and what matters now is a united Kurdistan."[/rtl]
[rtl]He also said that Iran's considerable influence on the Kurds and the United States and it has to move to "protect" the Kurdistan region, pointing out that the US support for the independence of Kurdistan, the Kurds will push to become in turn "protectors" of the United States of America.[/rtl]
[rtl]It is said that Jay Garner was born on 15 April 1938 and earned a degree in history from the University of Florida and then a diploma in public administration from Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania in 1962.[/rtl]
