Isn't he something? I wonder what else this clown will do before he leaves office..!!! This is particularly annoying, because he was the man that decided to open up relations with Cuba after more than 50 years, because he thought it was a good idea. Let's not forget that he never got anything in return like the criminals that fled there for a safe haven...I am sure he has a good explanation...
