    He explained that "the law grants certain powers to the Minister of the Interior in addition to other grants powers to the Department of Homeland Security in order not to keep those companies a monopoly on the power to the minister." 
    The Ghraoui, that "the law legislation that will put a full controls for the work of private companies without allowing them to waive the citizens," noting that "all entrusted with the companies to protect foreign embassies in Iraq, will be subject to the law, including the companies that contracted with the American embassy to protect the headquarters," noting that "the law does not specify the number of members of each company, but the arms and wheels type and is recognized in the General traffic Directorate database." 
    The House of Representatives voted in its session, which was held on Thursday (January 2017 26), the draft law of private security companies.
