Nafty, Sbt, official announced that the refinery in Basra reported a production rate of 205 thousand barrels per day of oil V, while stressing that the Iraqi petrol covers 40% of the country's needs.
The general director of the South Refineries Company, Hossam Hasin, "The refining capacity of the refinery in Basra and reached 205 thousand barrels per day and that the amount of gasoline production from the refinery in Basra covering the Iraq needs up to 40 percent."
He added that "the company's refineries have plans for additional projects to increase production."
