    The MP said Razak mheibes in an interview with Alsumaria's News, said that "there are many observations of the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary on the draft privatization of the electricity sector in the capital and other provinces especially what comes Paljbaah and distribution , " noting that "there is a clear failure of the attempt to cover up previous failures after It spent on this important sector billions of dollars over the previous budgets , with little results on the ground. "




    He mheibes, that " the idea of privatization of the electricity sector is the present time is unacceptable, because there are so many problems in this matter Mterpth The move has been done extensively especially with regard to the status of staff of the ministry, in addition to the financial burden that will be added on the shoulders of the citizen." 

    Mheibes He pointed out that " the Commission will review the privatization file extensively with officials at the Ministry of Electricity, including companies that have been hauling contracts have mechanisms that will work under them to activate the project in the future , " calling for the Committee of Ministers the power to "play a bigger role in addressing the weakness and sagging points this sensitive and important file. " 

    He was a member of the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary Zaher al - Abadi, confirmed Saturday (February 11, 2017), the Ministry of Electricity has worked to increase the hours of the pieces in parts of Baghdad and the transfer of power to the other areas covered by the draft "privatization , " and threatened that his committee will take "new measures" if you do not lingered ministry in this project.
