He called on the board of the Presidency of the Council of Representatives member Hamoudi, the Council of Ministers to speed to take firm and quick decisions to end the problem of the scourge of administrative and financial corruption rampant border ports.
A statement from his office received by all of Iraq [where] a copy of it, for Hammoudi as saying after his visit to one of the border crossings and his meeting with a group of customs officials, that "no solution to meet the corruption of customs, but a bold decision and the firm has been long-awaited."
He added that "we are waiting after the Cabinet decision of land ownership scheme of the Directorate land ports, that are converted request to build [Directorate] itself, rather than [the Authority] contained decision causing a stalled its implementation and move it towards the investment."
He called Hamoudi "to speed up the commissioning one of the professional international companies to build an electronic system developed to monitor incoming goods [by sea] and confirm the compliance of the Originator up access," pointing out that "both steps the state does not cost any amount can be fully covered by the investor."
"The establishment of the electronic system will ensure that personal interventions and doubling the financial resources of the state, and the possibility of allocating part of the province, and workers in the port," explaining that "the presence of foreign companies and the hands of the worker and control of Iraqi pure, does not affect the country's security and sovereignty."
