The planning Ministry said the completion of the five-year national plan for the years 2013-2017.
Ministry
spokesman Abdul Zahra Hindawi to the five-year plan is now ready for
release after completion of the work of the Ministry and prepared to
help develop the country's economy and opening up to private sector
investment.
The Minister announced that the budget plan has
reached about $ 470 billion, energy sector will pay oil and electricity,
which are of the utmost importance to raise Iraq's imports and
investment.
