    [rtl]Accused by Amnesty International, on Thursday, the Saudi alliance with the Brazilian-made cluster munitions in Yemen banned under an international treaty, the third time in 16 months.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The organization said in a statement, said that "the bombs thrown at three residential areas and agricultural areas on the central Saada (north) at 22.30 local time on February 15 last."[/rtl]
    [rtl]It is noteworthy that many human rights groups monitored the use of the Saudi alliance of weapons and ammunition are prohibited international, in addition to targeting coalition aircraft, residential areas and civilian communities.[/rtl]
