Arab League Secretary General to visit Baghdad today

Cairo/ Iraq TradeLink: Diplomatic sources reported here that the Secretary General of the Arab
League Ahmed Abu al-Gheit will visit Baghdad today for one day.
It is expected that he will meet senior Iraqi officials, including Iraqi foreign minister Ibrahim al-Jaffari.
Abu al-Gheit will discuss the general outlines of the coming Arab Summit which shall be held at the end of this month in the Jordanian capital, Amman, on 29 March, 2017.
The talks will tackle Iraqi internal developments, particularly the war against Da'ish (ISIS) and the liberation of Mosul city.
