Jaafari meets with his Kuwaiti counterpart the importance of visits between officials of the two countries exchange

Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari with his Kuwaiti counterpart Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, on Thursday, Iraq's proposal on the return of Syria to fill her seat in the meetings of the Arab League, while stressed the importance of the continuation of visits between officials of the two countries exchanged.
The Foreign Ministry said in a statement that "the trend Press" got a copy of it, "Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari, First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on the sidelines of the international coalition meeting against Daesh terrorist gangs in the US capital Washington."
The ministry added that "During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations, the Iraqi-Kuwaiti, and ways of strengthening them to serve the interests of the two peoples as well as increased coordination in the fight against terrorism, the elimination of Daesh terrorist gangs."
She pointed out that the parties "in search of the files that will be raised during the Arab summit in Jordan next week, and the proposal of Iraq on Syria's return to fill her seat in the meetings of the Arab League."
She continued, "The two sides stressed the importance of continuing the exchange of visits between officials of both countries, and activating the work of the technical committees for the implementation of what was agreed upon during the High Joint Commission in Baghdad over the past months."
It is noteworthy that First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al - Hamad Al- Sabah arrived on Wednesday (28 December 2016), to the capital Baghdad on an official visit during which he met a number of officials. sa
