[ltr]Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari, on Friday, with Ntarh Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Sabah events in the region.[/ltr]
[ltr]According to the official Kuwaiti news agency, "The meeting between the two sides, during which they discussed ways to strengthen relations between the two countries in all fields and the overall events in the region's political, security and regional and international developments."[/ltr]
[ltr]He added that "Sabah Al-Khalid reiterated Kuwait's position of rejecting the inviolability of diplomatic missions, and stressing the flagrant violation of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 1961 and the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963".[/ltr]
[ltr]He added that "Sabah Al-Khalid expressed the importance of reducing tensions and de-escalation" .anthy 29/9 P[/ltr]
