Amara / NINA / human rights minister, Mohammed Shia'a al-Sudani confirmed that al Qaeda organization in Iraq is more dangerous than it is in Afghanistan and Syria.
He told the reporter of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that "the organization of al Qaeda in Iraq has a political and security cover from within the political process, which confused the political and security scene in Iraq," noting that" political parties, he did not identify, support those terrorist organizations from inside Iraq financially and politically and they are the mastermind of all terrorist operations that target the citizens and institutions of the State. "
He added " al Qaeda in Iraq has financing and special budgets funded from home and abroad and reach up to one hundred million dollars a month in addition to weapons that sometimes surpass what exists in the security services as a result colluded some political forces that want to bring down the government and targeting innocent people therefore such weapons that financed those terrorist organizations often come from unknown destinations.
He revealed that "there are areas in the outskirts of Baghdad have become incubators of terrorism and sources to carry out the terrorist operations which make booby-trapped cars and bring them to cities to target the citizens and the security services also.
He added that "the cause of the broadening of the organization of al Qaeda in Iraq over the past years is that the country is open with the neighboring countries, which have become a source of terrorism, including Turkey, Syria and the so-called / Nusra Front / as well as the Gulf states with the existence of militants and help from advocates of sectarian and plotters on the political process in Iraq and thus that all those factors opened the field in front of those criminals and Takfiries to implement their plans according to the wills of internal and external "/ End
