    The Cabinet voted on Tuesday to begin transferring the crude oil pipeline project through the port of Aqaba (Najaf - Aqaba - Jordan), while the contractors' arrears were immediately paid.
    The Office of Information in a statement received / Mawazin News, a copy of it that "the Council of Ministers held its regular session on Tuesday, 28 March 2017, headed by Haider Abadi," noting that "the meeting saw the guidance to pay the dues of the contractors in arrears immediately after the Federal Audit Bureau has verified that Dues according to the content of the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (161) ".
    He added, "Also voted to start the referral procedures on the draft pipeline for the export of crude oil through the port of Aqaba (Najaf - Aqaba - Jordan)."
    Abadi said, according to the statement, "a comprehensive presentation of water and sewage projects and priorities for completion, after the Prime Minister to complete the necessary strategic projects to provide services to citizens of the 100 projects, despite the financial distress."
    The Council of Ministers, "to secure the international road link from Baghdad to the Jordanian border, after the feasibility study and technical construction of the border port in Trebil as an integral part of the international road project Baghdad Trebil."
