He noted the presence of more than three thousand government and civil generator working in Baghdad for more than ten years, which led to the acquisition of operators and undertakers considerable experience in managing and sustaining, articulating this regard , the existence of a study in coordination with the Ministry of Electricity include the conversion of government and private generators currently operating in Baghdad to compensate for the shortage company processing, through investment. He explained the torment of the times that can not be processed investment, the company will compensating them without costing the citizen any additional sums of money, being only held accountable for the hours of processing that will be determined automatically by a special electronic counter this, articulating that once the completion of the study and decide on them, implementation mechanisms will be developed after the completion of the dissemination of investment experience. He stopped the Ministry of Electricity during the previous years, the electricity sector projects between rehabilitation and processing, due to the lack of financial allocations for these projects, as well as the establishment of new plants, which led to the deterioration of processing, explaining that there are rehabilitation projects for stations carried out by the ministry in the areas of : Utaifiyya and Kadhimiya, Karrada earlier it reached completion rates of more than 75 percent, but stopped for lack of funds to spend them, knowing that it was will increase hours and processing solutions are permanent problems of the sector. In the same context, said deputy governor of Baghdad , for energy, and the presence of other problematic, including the lack of controls for payment on credit or funding in other ways to resume these projects, as well as the presence of units in the Ministry of Electricity need maintenance operations or face the problems of the processing of fuel and the lack of coordination with the Ministry of oil in this area, it also suffers from a financial crisis.
