Federal Court postpones consideration of the appeal of some paragraphs of the budget of 2017
BAGHDAD - The Federal Supreme Court announced on Tuesday that it had considered the appeal of some paragraphs of the budget law for the year 2017, while it was decided to defer consideration to the eighth of next month to allow the opportunity to the President of the House of Representatives in addition to His job, in answering the list of the prosecutor, the prime minister, in addition to his job.
The statement added that "the second reason is related to the notification of the Minister of Finance in addition to his job because it is decided to introduce him as well as to determine the requirements for resolving the case." The court ordered the plaintiff to prepare a table showing the contested materials for unconstitutionality, To the rest of the parties. "
The court pointed out that it "addressed a question to the plaintiff regarding the total budget amount in the draft submitted by the Council of Ministers, and the law voted on and published in the Iraqi facts after the amendments and the addition of it by the House of Representatives to prepare the answer during the postponement, and submitted to the Court and parties during the period Not more than seven days from the date of the next hearing.
