Third: Subject to the provisions of the laws in force, for those mentioned in item (ii) of this article and for each interested party, who have the money lawfully and did not get it because of taking office the right to object within one year from the date of entry into force of this law before the ministerial committee comprising representatives from the General Secretariat of the Council Ministers and the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Finance is not less than their degree from (Director General) formed for this purpose, and the injured party of the Committee 's decision the right to appeal its decision before the courts during the thirty (30) days for those who were inside Iraq and (60) days for those who are outside Iraq. Fourth: In the case of implementation of the provisions of confiscation before the entry into force of this law , the sale of real estate sources or Tmen under the law is limited objection to monetary compensation. Article - 7 - Council of Ministers shall issue instructions to facilitate the implementation of the provisions of this law. Article - 8 - This law is implemented from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
