the "best" for Iraq due to their long periods and little interests.
Advisor Mudh-hir Mohammed Saleh pointed that Japan grants loans for 40 years with annual interests less than 1%, in addition to rebate period for 10 years.
"These loans are called development ones for water and electricity projects", he pointed out.
"These loans started in 2004, but witnessed some delays due to the war situation in the country and the international financial crisis", he elaborated.
Today, the Japanese embassy to Baghdad announced provided Iraq with 5 billion dollars of the Japanese loan.
