    It ended the House of Representatives, the first and second readings of the four bills, while postponed voting on the draft freedom of expression law and peaceful demonstration to next Monday.
    The parliament completed the reading and discussion of the draft report of the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Second Protocol to the Hague Convention of 1954 for the Protection of Cultural Property in the case of the law of armed conflict.
    This came during the thirty - third session of the House of Representatives, held on Wednesday under the chairmanship of Salim al - Jubouri , and in the presence of 174 deputies, according to a statement obtained (range), a copy of it. It decided by the Presidency, at the outset of the meeting, to postpone the vote on the draft law (freedom of expression and peaceful demonstration) submitted by the legal committees, human rights, security, defense, culture, media and religious affairs to next Monday for the purpose of ripening.
