    House of Representatives began its regular Tuesday chaired by First Deputy Qusay al-Suhail to vote on the draft law on freedom of expression, assembly and peaceful demonstration.
    According to a parliamentary source said that "the agenda of the fourth meeting held today includes reading verses from the Koran, and the vote on the draft law on freedom of expression and assembly and peaceful protest, and to hold the first reading of a bill secretion lands and orchards within the basic design for the city of Baghdad and municipalities."

    "It also includes the agenda, the first reading of the proposed law to honor scientists, writers, artists and scholars State Prize, and the first reading of the proposed law on trade union organization, in addition to a second reading of the draft law on the ratification of the cooperation agreement between the Governments of the Republic of Iraq and Saudi Arabia in the field of transfer of sentenced penalties deprivation of liberty. "

    The statement continued, "will also be the second reading of the draft law on ratification of agreement transfer of sentenced persons between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran."

    The Presidency of the Council of Representatives, had decided last Saturday, to raise its Tuesday, after the vote on the draft law on ratification of agreement on the encouragement and protection of investment between the Government of Iraq and Armenia.
