    Devt Legal Committee on Saturday, a delegation of representatives of civil society organizations to discuss the draft freedom of expression and demonstration law. Heard members of the Legal Committee to the views of the visiting and proposals of the delegation, stressing the keenness of the Committee on the participation of civil society organizations, the legislation of many laws those related to freedoms and human rights, in particular, calling for the need to display those proposals to the Commission on Human Rights as the Committee on the enactment of this law.
    The Delegation said the law had been the many amendments and many of those contrary to the Constitution , which guarantees citizens the freedom to express itself peacefully , demanding not to enact the law in its current form and return to the first version , which was previously agreed upon, which guarantees citizens the right to express their opinions , amendments.
    For his part, Chairman of the Legal Committee MP Mohsen al - Sadoun said the discussion of views and proposals made by the representatives of civil society organizations and discussed with the Commission on Human Rights as the Parliamentary Committee on the legislation of the law.
    On the other hand, the Legal Committee completed the discussion of laws on its including the second draft amendment to the law cancellation provisions that prevent the courts from hearing lawsuits Law No. Table (17) for the year 2005 and the draft decoder repair events Department link from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and attached to the Ministry of Justice , in addition to the project Council of State law. The committee recommended offer ready - made laws for the first and second reading on the agenda of the next meeting of the House of Representatives agenda.
