Lebanese security stop Iraqi spying on Iraq and Lebanon for Israel

announced that the Lebanese authorities on Saturday, they arrested an Iraqi citizen on charges of "dealing with Israel and gather information to their advantage," and try to "recruit people to form a subversive network inside Lebanon."
According to the official Lebanese news agency, the statement of the Directorate of Public Security said he was "the result of careful follow-up and intensive framework for follow-up anti-espionage operations in favor of the Israeli enemy, stopped the General Security Directorate, Iraq (m. J) an offense to communicate with the Israeli enemy and gather information for him."
The statement added that "during the interrogation of the detainee (Iraqi) admitted to what was attributed to him, and that he was recruited by one of your officers (TASA ELITE) of the Ministry of the enemy war (Israel), which is active in the field of foreign operations in the Arab countries and the implementation of assassinations, and the training of fighters ".

According to the statement: "the oldest Iraqi detainee to link the Israeli employer located in Iraq, his brother (his name) did not mention in order to gather information about the activity of the Iraqi authorities."
According to the same source, the detainee was referred to the competent court "after the end of the investigation," adding that the work "is underway to arrest the remaining members of the network and bring them to justice," without further details on the timing of the suspended and arrested exactly.
